We recognize that every community is unique – but our commitment to being a good neighbor is constant. What does that mean to you? It means we strive to:
You’ll actively see this commitment in a variety of ways throughout this project, but we’re particularly dedicated to making sure that you see evidence of our integrity and value in several key areas:
SAFETY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY. We’re a skilled and dedicated team focused on safely designing, constructing and operating the Byhalia Connection Pipeline. To us, safety is essential and we’re committed to making sure the job is done right. We also believe in taking precautions to make sure the surrounding community is safe, informed and aware that a pipeline is being constructed. If safety concerns arise, we are trained and able to stop operations quickly as needed.
We want to answer your questions and address your concerns. We develop relationships with our landowners, encourage continuous communication and have created platforms for you to be able to reach us when you need to. This approach to communication may not be what you’d expect – or even what you’ve experienced before – but we believe it’s the right thing to do.
As this project progresses, we are committed to being an engaged member of the community. During construction, Byhalia Connection Pipeline will look for community giving opportunities along the route. Please check this site for updates on our activities within the Mid-South and opportunities or sign up for email updates. Once in operation, Byhalia Connection Pipeline will support communities in the counties of Shelby, DeSoto and Marshall with tax revenue that will help bolster economic growth.
Our team is committed to supporting the economic vitality of the region and giving back to areas along our footprint.
We are dedicated to making a positive impact in the communities we serve. Learn more about how we are partnering with local community organizations.

If there’s one word that defines our relationship with landowners, it’s respect.
